How does it work?
Our chatbot is based on ChatGPT. After the provided documents are loaded into the chatbot's memory, it will be ready for answering any questions related to the document.
What is Our Refund Policy
Will it keep all chat history in memory?
Our Processing Time
By default, long memory only builds based on the provided document. But we can configure it to memorize all conversations. That made it possible to retrieve any historical information regardless of how long ago the conversation take place.
How does the conversation save and how to ensure it be processed safely?
All provided documents and conversations will be saved on our secure cloud server. If you don't want to disclose sensitive information, you can choose to use encoded mode. So that all sensitive information will be encoded before sending it out for processing to keep your information confidential.
What's the limit of the content?
There are no limits to the content length. The long text requires a longer time to process, but you can put unlimited text both in the document and in conversation. Document could be provided in .txt .pdf or .doc format.
